Homemade Tootsie Rolls

2-Tbs. butter
1/2-c. light corn syrup
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. nonfat dry milk
Melt chocolate squares. Blend butter and syrup. Stir in chocolate and vanilla. Gradually add sugar and dry milk to syrup mixture. Knead until blended. Form into rolls, cut and wrap in wax paper.
